The given Regulations of DTpropeller specify, among other things, the rules for the conclusion of sales contracts through the DTpropeller website, including the most significant information about the Seller, the DTpropeller website and the rights of the Consumer.
The Priority (preferential) Entrepreneur provisions shall be applicable to contracts signed on or after 10 November 2022.

The seller is bound to deliver the goods without any defects.
If the goods are in stock, then shipment to the customer takes place the next day after the payment is made. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time is 4-7 working days. Production time depends on the complexity of the product.
The lead time for each order is indicated in the order confirmation email.
The advanced payment for the ordered goods is 100%, the Seller will proceed with the execution of the order after its payment.
In a situation where the Buyer has purchased goods with different lead time within one order, the order will be fulfilled within the time limit applicable to the goods with the longest lead time.
The goods manufactured by the DTpropeller are sent by post or courier to many countries of the world (refer to the manufacturer).
The goods ordered on the Dtpropeller website are delivered depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer:
The Buyer may collect the goods himself at the company’s premises during its opening hours.
If the Buyer chooses to collect the goods himself, the goods will be ready for collection on the indicated order completion date, and if the Seller has indicated a date of sending the
goods – on that date.
(1) The Priority Buyer shall have the right to withdraw the contract concluded with the Seller through the DTpropeller website, subject to § 4 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) The period to withdraw the contract shall expire 14 days from the day:
(3) In order for a Priority Buyer to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is bound to inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 1 of the Regulations, of his decision to withdraw the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or information provided by e-mail).
(4) In order to observe the terms of withdrawal it is sufficient for the Priority Buyer to send information concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
(5) In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller shall reimburse to the Priority Buyer all payments received from the Priority Buyer, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Priority Buyer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the decision of the Priority Buyer to exercise his right of withdrawal.
(6) The Seller shall reimburse the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Priority Buyer in the initial transaction, unless the Priority Buyer agrees otherwise, in any case the Priority Buyer shall not incur any fees in connection with such reimbursement.
(7) The Seller may withhold reimbursement until he receives the goods or until he is provided with the proof of return, whichever occurs first.
(8) The Seller requests that the goods be returned to the following address: 19 Spożywcza Street, 16-010 Wasilków, Poland immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Priority Buyer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The time limit shall be observed if the Priority Buyer sends back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
(9) The Priority Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(10) The Priority Buyer shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a manner other than was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
(11) If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be dispatched by ordinary post, the Priority Buyer shall also have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The Priority Buyer is informed of the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of the goods on the website or when placing the order.
(12) In the event that a refund is required for a transaction made by the Priority Buyer with a payment card, the Seller will reimburse the funds to the bank account assigned to that payment card.
(1) The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, referred to in § 3 of the Regulations, shall not apply to a contract:
(1) In the event of a defect in the goods, the Consumer has the right to complain about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee stipulated in the Civil Code, if the guarantee has been granted.
(2) Using the warranty, the Consumer may, under the terms and conditions of the Civil Code:
(3) The Seller asks to submit claims under the warranty to the postal or e-mail address given in § 1 of the Regulations.
(4) If it turns out that in order to consider the claim it is necessary to deliver the defective goods to the Seller, the Consumer is obliged to deliver the goods at the expense of the Seller, to the address 19 Spożywcza Street, 16-010 Wasilków, Poland
(5) If the goods were additionally provided with a warranty, information about it, as well as about its terms and conditions, is available in the product description on the website.
(6) Complaints about the operation of the website should be sent to the e-mail address specified in § 1 of the Regulations.
(7) The Seller will consider the claims within 14 days. OUT-OF-COURT WAYS OF DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS AND ASSERTION OF CLAIMS
(8) In case the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer inter alios may use:
1) the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller ceases to be in force;
2) there ceases to be a legal obligation on the Seller to process the Buyer’s data;
3) the possibility to assert claims by the Buyer or Seller related to the contract concluded through the DTpropeller website ceases;
4) the Buyer’s objection to the processing of his personal data is accepted – if the basis of the data processing was the legitimate interest of the Seller
– depending on what is applicable in the particular case and what happens at the latest.
The buyer has the right to request:
Le frais de port et d’emballage sont payés en supplément. Le montant des frais de port est calculé à la base du poids, des dimensions du colis et du pays de destination.
Tout envoi international est prioritaire (poste prioritaire).
En moyenne le délai de livraison est de 5-7 jours.
L’emballage est ultra-sécurisé (deux cartons en carton ondulé de 5 couches) et protège les hélices contre l’endommagement. Les bouts des pales sont protégées en plus avec de la mousse polystyrène.

Les chariots sont réalisés uniquement sur demande et, par conséquent, ce produit ne peut pas être retourné.

Si la raison de la réclamation est un défaut de fabrication ou une erreur/omission du fabricant, toutes les modifications du chariot et les frais de port sont à la charge du fabricant.
Si le défaut est dû à une erreur que le client a fait lors de la prise de mesures ou est dû à l’exploitation ou une utilisation inappropriée, toutes les modifications du chariot et les frais de port sont à la charge du client.
