The delivery and package are not included in the price of the propeller and are paid extra. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the weight, size of ordered products and country of destination.
All international parcels are shipped via tracked Priority Mail.
The average delivery time for propellers is 10-15 days.
Our package (double boxes made of five-layer corrugated cardboard) is safe and protects propellers from damage. We secure additionally tips of blades by extruded polystyrene foam.

All trikes are customized. Thus, they are not subject to return.
In case of reclamation, please contact us via email office@dtpropeller.com and provide us with full description of the issue accompanied by high-resolution photos.
In case of a manufacturing defect or of an error/omission of the factory, all modifications and relative shipping charges are at DTpropeller’s expenses.
